Originally constructed in 1981, this 21,500 square foot center required a major renovation and addition.

Symmetry First Architects led a full‐complement design and engineering design team for the construction of a new 10,000 square foot fire station in Western Howard County.

In a joint‐venture partnership, Symmetry First and T. Averill Architects designed an expansion and renovation to the circa 1760 house and the 1970’s era addition behind it.

This renovation of a dental suite in a veterans home yielded a number of improvements.

This new building replaced a small business destroyed by fire.

Renovation and expansion of an existing gas station / convenience store located at the intersection of Route 175 and Route 1 in Elkridge, Maryland.

Symmetry First Architects developed a prototypical design for these two recreation centers, built within existing neighborhood parks.

In this Design/Build partnership, Symmetry First designed renovations to the existing pool house and the addition of a Collapsible Air Dome over the pool.

Symmetry First Architects worked with the Hall's board and Howard County Department of Planning on necessary interior and exterior renovations to this beloved community center and Savage landmark.

An existing 2,700 sq. ft. heavy timber building was increased in size by 800 sq. ft., adding office and meeting space.

Symmetry First Architects led a full‐complement design and engineering design team for the conversion of a one‐story public library into a consolidated administrative office for the Howard County Library System.

The Rosenstock Building is a 3‐story 11,760 square foot mixed‐use building in the Ellicott City historical district, built to replace the original Rosenstock Department Store building, which was destroyed by a fire in November 1999.

In a design/build relationship with Albrecht Construction, Symmetry First designed the tenant fit-out for six clinics in three locations.

Symmetry First designed a caramel manufacturing facility and two vendor spaces for this sweets manufacturer.
